Replacement claims
Send your order number and one line about what broke. No forms to fill out. We take it from there and most claims are handled the same day.
Crews, shops and fleets
Outfitting more than 30 people, or need an invoice and net terms? Email us with your company name and headcount and we will quote it directly.
Where we ship from
GritVue Gear ships from U.S. warehouses and fulfillment partners, including Fort Worth, Texas; Tampa, Florida; and Los Angeles, California. The location for each order is chosen by us.
Every order ships insured and tracked. Returns go to the address on the prepaid label we send you, which may be a different location from the one your order shipped from.
